Audit Trial and Ledger
View and filter all system activities and changes within your organization. The Audit Trail provides a transparent record of every action taken within your Boast Image workspace. This ledger is essential for tracking project progress, monitoring security, and reviewing history across your entire organization.

Access the Audit Trail

To view your organization's activity log, locate the Administration section in the left-hand navigation sidebar and click on Audit Trail.
Understand the Activity Ledger
The ledger is organized into columns to help you identify exactly what happened and when:

Activity: A brief description of the specific action taken, such as uploading an image.
Type: A color-coded label indicating the category of action, such as Project Image Uploaded, Image Created, or Annotation Deleted.
User: The email address of the team member who performed the action.
Project: The specific project where the activity occurred.
Date: The exact timestamp of the event.
Search and Filter Entries
If you are looking for a specific event, you can use the built-in search and organization tools:

Search Bar: Use the "Search all content..." field to find activities by user email, project name, or activity type.
Rows per Page: Adjust the dropdown menu to view more entries on a single screen for easier scrolling.
Expansion: Click the (+) icon next to any entry to see additional technical details about that specific activity.
Use Cases for Monitoring
Regularly reviewing the Audit Trail helps your team maintain quality control and accountability:

Tracking Deletions: Identify which user deleted a specific annotation or comment.
Version History: See exactly when new images were uploaded to a project.
