Accessing Your Settings

To reach these configurations, navigate to the left side of your screen:

  • Locate the Administration dropdown in the navigation sidebar.

  • Click the Settings option.

Update Your Organization Profile

This section allows you to control the branding visible to everyone interacting with your workspace.

  • Organization Name: Enter your preferred company or team name in the text field to define how your organization is identified across the app.

  • Organization Logo (White Labeling): Upload your brand's visual identity to replace standard branding. This ensures that when clients view shared images, they see your professional logo instead of Boast Image branding.

    • Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, or SVG.

    • File Size: The maximum limit is 5MB.

Configure Access & Security

These organization-wide rules manage how projects are viewed and protected globally.

  • Enable Multiple Projects: When enabled, your dashboard becomes a project management interface for managing multiple distinct projects. When disabled, you will see a simplified single project dashboard.

Require Security Code for Share Links: This setting enforces a strict security layer across your entire organization.

  • Behavior when Enabled: Both anonymous share links and direct email invitations will require a 6-digit security code for access. Users cannot view project content without entering this code.

  • Behavior when Disabled: Anyone with a direct link or invitation can access the project content directly without a code.

Manage Email Notifications

Customize how your team receives automated updates regarding project activity.

  • Enable Notifications: Check this box to allow organization members to receive email updates regarding project progress, new comments, and activity.

  • Disable Notifications: If this is unchecked, no activity emails will be sent for this organization.

Save Your Changes

After making any adjustments to your notifications, branding, or security rules, click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. This action ensures all new settings are saved and applied globally to your workspace.
