Managing Your Plan

You can view and modify your active subscription details through the Administration menu.

  • Accessing Billing: Navigate to the sidebar on the left and select Billing under the Administration dropdown.

  • Active Subscription Details: The dashboard displays your current plan, current status, and your Next Renewal date.

  • Updating Your Plan: Click the blue Manage Subscription button to upgrade your plan, change your billing cycle (Monthly vs. Yearly), or modify your seat count.

  • Yearly Savings: Toggling to Yearly billing provides a 2 months free discount compared to monthly rates.

Boast Image offers four distinct pricing tiers—Free, Solo, Team, and Business—designed to scale from individual users to large organizations. While the Free plan is perfect for getting started with basic projects, paid tiers unlock professional features such as unlimited items, multiple projects, adding team members and advanced branding options to fit your specific workflow needs.

Billing FAQ & Troubleshooting

  • Free Trial: All paid plans include a 14-day full access trial. No credit card is required to start, and the account will auto-downgrade to Free if not upgraded by the end of the period.

  • Prorated Changes: You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and differences in cost are prorated.

  • Accepted Payments: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted.

  • Data After Cancellation: If you cancel, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export before permanent deletion.
