Creating and Managing Projects
Projects are the primary organizational level within Boast Image, allowing you to segment work by client, department, or specific task. The layout and capabilities of your dashboard change significantly based on whether you are operating in Single Project Mode or Multiple Projects Mode.
Understanding Dashboard Modes
Single Project Mode (Default)
When you first log in, Boast Image sets your workspace to Single Project Mode by default. In this mode, your work is centralized within a single Default Project.

Dashboard View: The dashboard displays high-level analytics for your single project, including Total Projects (1), Total Images, and Total Tasks.
Default Project Card: A single card representing your primary workspace is visible, showing your project name and basic image/task counts.
Simplified Navigation: You can immediately manage your visual content without the need to navigate between multiple different workspaces.
Multiple Projects Mode
Multi-Project Mode is an advanced organizational setting that transforms your Boast Image dashboard into a comprehensive management interface. While the Single Project Mode (default) centralizes all work in one workspace, enabling Multiple Projects allows you to segment images, annotations, and tasks for different clients or internal departments.
How to Enable Multi-Project Mode
To expand your workspace,

Navigate to Administration > Settings and toggle on Enable Multiple Projects and click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to apply the new layout..
Dashboard Impact and Limits
Dashboard Impact: Once enabled, your main dashboard transforms into a management interface that displays a summary of all active projects, total images, and task completion rates. You can create new project by clicking the right side blue Create Project button.

Project Overview: You will see individual cards for each project, such as "Website for govally Market_place" and "Default Project," allowing you to jump between different client workspaces easily.
Limits
Trial Version: During your initial trial, enabling this mode allows you to create two free projects to test the segmentation features.
Paid Subscription: Once on a paid plan, the number of projects you can manage scales based on your specific subscription level.
