Access Project Settings

To manage these configurations, open the specific project you wish to edit from your dashboard and click the Settings tab located in the top horizontal navigation menu.

Project Information & Identity

Under the Project Information section, you can update the core details of your workspace to provide clarity for your team and clients:

  • Project Name: Edit the title of your project at any time to reflect the current stage or client name.

  • Description (Optional): Update the project summary to provide context or specific instructions for collaborators.

  • Saving Changes: After modifying these details, you must click the blue Update Project button to apply the changes to the workspace.

(Default Project Toggle: Switch this on to make this specific project the primary destination for all new image uploads.)

Workflow Customization (Task States)

Before inviting collaborators, customize the Task States to match your team's internal process. While these states appear as columns in your Kanban view, you are defining the logical status and progression of every feedback item.

  • Defining Task States: Use the + Add New State button to establish unique stages for your workflow.

  • State Identity: When adding a state, enter a State name (e.g., 'In Review') and choose a color to represent it visually in the task list.

  • Completed State Behavior: You can toggle the Mark as completed state switch for specific statuses. States designated as "Completed" are required for task completion; tasks moved here are finalized, and the state itself becomes protected from deletion to maintain historical data integrity.

  • Reordering and Priority: Each task state has a six-dot handle icon on the right side. Click and drag these handles to reorder states vertically in this list. This drag-and-drop ordering: - Sets the logical priority of your workflow stages

    - Determines the left-to-right column sequence in Kanban View

    - Defines the natural progression path for tasks

  • Management Tools: Use the Edit (pencil) icon to rename a state or the Delete (trash can) icon to remove unnecessary steps from the workflow.

Process Alignment: Tailoring these states allows you to accurately track the progress of every task from start to finish.
